1. Purchase Contract(All Pages).
2. Rent History ( 12 Months Cancelled Check or Institutional VOR).
3. Homeowners Insurance Policy or Insurance company contact name and number.
4. Last 2 months of most recent Checking and/or Savings account statements.
5. 2 most recent pay stubs showing year to date income.
6. Last 2 yrs of tax returns ( All pages).
7. Copy of driver’s license.
